I specialize in trauma- focused therapies, and most often utilize: EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Comprehensive Resource Model. These approaches help your nervous system process the physical sensations and survival strategies shaped by past experiences. As your body releases those old protective patterns, you gain the space and capacity to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
