Owner/ Psychotherapist/ Trauma Specialist

Many of the people I work with look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. They often find themselves repeating the same patterns in relationships, work, or life despite years of effort, insight, or even previous therapy.

My role is not to tell you who to be. It is to help you understand how your nervous system learned to survive, identify the patterns that are no longer serving you, and create the conditions for lasting change. Together we can work to address the deeper experiences shaping how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.

If part of you knows there is more to life than simply getting through the day, I can help you reconnect with the person you are beneath survival.

My work focuses on helping you transition from survival mode into a life that feels stable, grounded, and authentic. Not through temporary coping strategies, but through deep, integrative therapy that respects and honors every part of your story.

I specialize in trauma and utilize: EMDR, Brainspotting, the Comprehensive Resource Model. These approaches help your nervous system process the physical sensations and survival strategies shaped by past experiences. As your body releases those old protective patterns, you gain the space and capacity to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, far from yourself, or stuck in cycles that don't make sense. I'm here to offer support, clarity, and steady guidance.

I utilize a range of approaches to help you get to the root of your survival adaptations

I utilize a range of approaches to help you get to the root of your survival adaptations

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A structured, evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain reprocess disturbing memories, sensations, and beliefs. EMDR engages the brain’s natural healing mechanisms through bilateral stimulation, allowing stuck experiences to move toward resolution. It is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and long-standing emotional patterns that feel “frozen” in the nervous system.

Parts Work (Inner Child)

An approach that helps you understand and connect with the different “parts” of yourself. Such as the protective, wounded, adaptive, creative, and resourceful selves. Instead of fighting your internal world, parts work fosters compassion, clarity, and coherence. This process builds internal harmony, opening the door to healing patterns rooted in past experiences and unmet needs.

Core Values Work

A focused, grounding approach designed to help you reconnect with what matters most. Aligning your decisions and boundaries with your core values fosters clarity, direction, and a sense of identity that supports sustainable healing.

Brainspotting (BSP)

A powerful, neurobiologically informed therapy that accesses the deeper layers of the nervous system where trauma and emotional patterns are stored. Brainspotting allows us to work at the root, helping release what talk therapy alone can’t reach. It helps process trauma, emotional blocks, overwhelm, and long-held patterns.

Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)

A deeply integrative, attachment-based model that uses layered resourcing to create profound safety in the nervous system. CRM helps clients access and process trauma without overwhelm by anchoring the body in connection, breath, attunement, and relational presence. It fosters healing at the deepest layers of self: identity, meaning, and lived, embodied wholeness.
